Entry Requirements

Students must:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Hold English proficiency ILETS 5.5
  • Have completed Year 12 Higher School (or equivalent)
Delivery and Assessment

The students will be required to achieve competency in thirteen (13) units of competency in order to achieve the FNS30115 Certificate III in Financial Services, otherwise completion that is less than 13 successful UOC will result in the issue of a Statement of Attainment.

It is expected that the program would be of less duration for students who have completed components that can be identified by the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer.


Students will be provided with learning resources and assessment resources for each unit of competence as sourced and developed by Ozstar Academy and other commercial sources.

An approx. 30 Students will undertake this course program as a single class. The course is thirteen (13) UOC with no unit as a pre requisite to another. A new UOC will commence at the beginning and halfway point of each term. Students will be able to enter or exit programs at these points. A student will complete the entire thirteen (13) UOC prior to exit. This method provides the opportunity of a rolling entry /exit program.

Students will be required to attend the Ozstar Academy for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
